Beth was born and raised in New Jersey and attended church with her family as a child. At nine years old, she accepted Christ’s gift of salvation for herself. After high school, Beth attended Baptist Bible College (now Clarks Summit University) and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education.
Beth taught third grade for five years and then relocated to Durban, South Africa as a full-time missionary, where she met her husband, Chris. In 2000, Chris and Beth moved back to the States, and in 2004, their son Zachary was born. The Welmans began attending Heritage in 2014 and started serving in SonSeekers almost immediately.
Beth is thrilled about her role as Heritage Kids' Ministry Coordinator at Heritage. She is excited to get to know the children, parents, and volunteers at Heritage.
